Ben has spent his career at the dynamic intersection of digital product strategy, UI/UX design, and brand architecture. Bringing a rich, multidisciplinary background spanning professional design leadership and serving a semester as adjunct faculty at Carnegie Mellon University's Integrated Innovation Institute, Ben approaches the digital and physical spaces of Chip's Chop Shop with ultimate precision.

Whether he is architecting high-performing local search strategies, shaping our brand identity, or optimizing user booking flows, Ben ensures our digital ecosystem matches the uncompromised quality of our physical chair. 

As a technologist, he treats every touchpoint as functional art—balancing clean systems with a deep appreciation for street-level culture, hand-drawn lettering, and genuine community camaraderie. 

When he’s not fine-tuning the brand's digital engine behind the scenes, you’ll find him with his family, sketching graffiti, or immersing himself in wide-ranging intellectual pursuits—from exploring quantum physics and ancient Roman history to reflecting on Zen and contemporary philosophy.
